Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we highly recommend booking before visiting ♡ Our fitting space is limited, so customers with appointments will be given priority.

How early should I book & how long is each fitting session?
You can make an appointment at least 2 hours before your preferred time slot. Each fitting session is up to 1 hour, so you’ll have plenty of time to browse and try on your favourite dresses ♡
Is the fitting appointment free?
Yes ♡ Our fitting appointments are completely free. No appointment fee is required.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome if there’s an available fitting slot. However, appointments will be given priority. We recommend sending us a DM on Instagram before coming over to check availability and avoid a wasted trip ♡
What if my preferred time slot is unavailable?
If you can’t select a certain time on our booking page, it means that the slot is already fully booked. You can simply choose another available time slot ♡
Are the dresses on your website available at the Studio?
Yes! Our website and Studio share the same stock. We recommend browsing our website and saving your favourite dresses before visiting. If a design is marked SOLD OUT online, it is also unavailable at the Studio.
What sizes are available?
Many Only Cozy dresses come in Free Size, while selected designs are available in different sizes. Detailed measurements (in CM) are provided on each product page, so we recommend checking your measurements before visiting ♡
Can I bring my friends?
Of course ♡ You’re welcome to come with your friends! Please note that 1 booking slot = 1 fitting room, so you may need to share the fitting room with your friends if you’re trying on dresses together. If you need more than one fitting room, we recommend making separate bookings.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
No worries! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the booking confirmation email. If it’s a last-minute change, just send us a DM on Instagram to let us know ♡ This also helps us release the slot for another customer.
Can I reserve a dress before my appointment?
Our fitting appointments do not include dress reservations ♡ All dresses are available on a first come, first served basis.
How many dresses can I try on?
You’re welcome to try on as many dresses as you like within your 1-hour fitting session ♡
