How to Arrange Pickup?
Getting your order on the same day is easy:
Step 1 — Order Online
Shop at www.onlycozy.co , choose “Pick-Up” during checkout and complete payment. Please allow at least 2 hours for us to prepare your order.
Step 2 — Wait for Confirmation
Once your order is placed, please DM us on Instagram & wait for us to confirm that your parcel is ready for collection. Need a different pickup time? You can DM us on Instagram and we’ll try our best to arrange it for you.
Step 3 — Arrange Lalamove or Grab
After receiving our confirmation, simply book your own Lalamove or Grab driver to collect your parcel from our pickup location. Last, remember send us your Lalamove/Grab booking link~
